Does Tali's silver allow me to discard a color card even if it has been resolved already? Page 10 says "unless specified".

If Tali places her totem next to a friendly minion, can it still be removed? Does it only prevent "defeat"?

Apply the text exactly as written. Removed and defeated are two separate keywords.

Two questions about Tali's ability Commune with Spirit: 1) During the strategy phase, is it allowed to call out to your teammates and enemies that your teammate has to say green next turn? 2) In a 5v5 game, is it allowed to say out loud during the strategy phase: "Next turn, if I play Commune with Spirit, if I choose Player A, that player has to say green; if I choose Player B, they have to say red", etc.? For the first question I believe so, because it's open information for both teams. For the second question I believe you would not be allowed to do that, because the Tali player gets full control over what card she wants to play with her silver during her turn after all cards have been revealed.
