Mortimer

Mortimer's card "Awaken!" spawns zombies on spawn points: do they need to be "empty spawn points"? If not empty, can you spawn adjacent to a minion?

Please check the keyword "Place". (Zombies are not spawned. Spawn is a different keyword with different meaning).
