Hanu

With Hanu's gray card, if I change someone's initiative to 11 and they have an upgraded initiative, does it go up one or is it hard set at 11?

Follow the card verbatim. Hanu sets the "_printed_ initiative value" to 11. So all it does is it replaces whatever number is on the card. Any other modifiers are unchanged.
